What do I need to do to book a party?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party. This deposit holds your character for your date and time.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due the day before your event. You may also make partial payments up until the day before your event.

How do I pay my deposit/balance?

You may make payments via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Please contact us for additional available payment methods.

Are there any additional costs?

If you are outside of our immediate coverage area, a travel fee may apply. This travel fee is calculated based on mileage from our character base.

Do I tip the Performers?

We welcome and encourage tipping our performers for their efforts in creating a magical event for you! Please tip performers away from the children as to keep the magic and character integrity alive. Tips may also be added on to your final payment, if desired.

What if I don’t see my child's favorite character pictured?

We are always open to growing our company and adding new characters! Please send us a message as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you do outdoor parties?

​During the summer we prefer to do indoor parties for the character's safety. If you do have an outside location then you MUST provide shelter/shade, fans, and bottled water for the performers.

Do your performers work with special needs?​

Our company loves to bring magic to children with special needs. Many of our performers are very familiar with and have a particular passion for these special princes and princesses.

Do you do charity events or pro bono events?

​This is the heart of our company. We would love to hear about your needs.

What if my child is shy?

​Our performers are used to meeting all different personality types. They will work to make your child feel comfortable and to have the best celebration imaginable!

Do you do meet and greets for businesses?

​Yes! We love to highlight small and large businesses with a special guest! We can also bring attention to your event through our social media following. Please contact us for more details.
