We are so excited to share in your special day. At Glass Slipper Productions we aim to take celebrating to a whole new level. Our ultimate wish is to make your child's dream come true.


What do I need to do to book a party?


Please visit us at  glassslippercharleston.com for all of our party package information. Email glassslippercharleston@gmail.com or call 8435683858 to book your magical event.

 

Do you require a deposit?

 

A 50 dollar non- refundable deposit is required to book your party. This deposit holds your character for your date and time.

 

 When is the remaining balance due?

 

The remaining balance is due the day before your event. You may also make partial payments up until the day before your event.

 

How do I pay my balance?

You may pay your balance over the phone through square when you are contacted the week before your event. You may also pay in full or partial payments through Venmo or PayPal. We do not accept personal checks.

 

 Are there any additional costs?

​

If you are outside of our immediate coverage area there will be a 30 dollar travel fee. This fee can increase based on mileage. We love to accommodate any area that we can.

​

Do I tip the Performers?

​

We welcome tips for our performers. Please tip performers away from the children as to keep the magic and integrity alive. Tips may also be added on to your payment.

​

How many children do you provide supplies for?

​

We provide activities and supplies for up to 30 children. Please let us know the week before your event if your guests will exceed this amount.

How much is a package?

​

What if I want an additional character?

​

An additional character will be 75 dollars and up per hour.

​

What does the package include?

​

The basic party package includes coronation and crown, interactive storytime,  singing and dancing, games, craft and a small token favor. The craft is a souvenir that is autographed for each child to take home as a reminder of their special time with their favorite charcater.

Does my child get to keep anything from the party?

​

The birthday child will keep the crown and the book which the characters will personally autograph.

 

What if I don’t see my child's favorite character listed?

​

We are always open to honor special requests where we can. We will try and make your child's dream come true!

​

How long do the characters stay?

​

The characters stay for one hour for the basic package. Longer time frames are available.

​

 Will there be time for pictures, cake or opening presents?

​

Yes, the scheduled activities will take about 45 minutes. After the final activity you may direct the characters to additional activities.

​

Do you do outside parties?

​

During the summer we prefer to do indoor parties for the character's safety. If you do have an outside location then you MUST provide shelter/shade, fans, and bottled water for the performers.

​

Do your performers work with special needs?

​

Our company loves to bring magic to children with special needs. Many of our performers are very familiar with and have a particular passion for these special princes and princesses.

 

Do you do charity events or pro bono events?

​

This is the heart of our company. We would love to hear about your needs.

​

Do you do one character parties?

​

What if my child is shy?

​

Our performers are used to working with all different personality types. They will work to make your child feel comfortable and to have the best celebration imaginable!

 

Do you do meet and greets for businesses?

​

Yes! We love to highlight small and large businesses with a special guest! We would love to bring attention to your event through our social media following. Please contact us for more details.

Do you have mermaids that get in the water?

​

We do offer mermaid pool parties. This option offers a choice of one or two mermaids.
